Terms & conditions

In order to support a scientific or an educational session, you must be an exhibitor, with a minimum stand size of 36m2. All requests must be approved by the EuroPCR Board of Directors, who reserves the right to refuse and/or modify the content and/or speakers proposed.

• If you choose to support a scientific session (TNT - Tech News & Trends, Symposium, How should I treat?, practical training sessions), the following is included:

1. Session room rental
2. The session and your company name in the Programme Update, the Pocket Agenda and the online programme
3. On-site signage
4. Technical assistance in the room
5. One hostess per room
6. A room on-site for a pre-session preparation meeting

• If you support a scientific and educational session, you must also pay registration fees and related travel and accommodation expenses for your speakers.

• Session room allocation is done by the Board of Directors and based on the coherence of the entire scientific programme. If we are unable to meet your requirements (room, time slot), we aim to provide you with the best possible alternative.
